It sinks into fabric,

pierces the waterproofing I Have spent Years Peeling off of my old bag

It should at least be delicious

And not chemical runoff, dirt, particulates, bacteria,

Speaker:

every horrible nightmare, natural and synthetic, falling from the sky

Our world, the natural world accepts it

Speaker:

Effortless, necessary,

Speaker:

beautiful Poisons and dirt and bacteria all blend into pleasant noise

Speaker:

Fresh growth bursting through aged concrete

Speaker:

Why can’t I? This was “Rain”
